How do I file a claim from Hurricane Helene?
You can call our office at 828.388.7490. If we do not pick up, you may leave a message. We are clearing our messages as quickly as possible and trying to process as quickly as possible. As you may imagine, we are experiencing an incredibly high call volume.

Tips for filing a claim
- DOCUMENT. This is incredibly important – take pictures, videos and include descriptions of the event and damage.
- Inventory and retain damaged property. Don’t throw anything away.
- Think now about preventing future loss. Do what you can to make sure the situation doesn’t get worse.
- Keep any and all receipts. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.
Your carrier’s adjuster will make all claims and payment decisions.
